Do you have power in and out of the other breakers? There should be one breaker that has a tiny reset button on the side. Look for that and press to reset.
Or like Lyle said your breaker for the hydraulics may have failed. They are around $10 and easy to swap out.

Check all connections of your neutral wires at the neutral buss bar. Also check your battery cables for correct polarity and being properly tight.
If your converter is off then you are not charging your batteries.

Create your own backer board. Get a piece or 1/2" plywood, about 12"x18" or whatever size works for you, cover it with black speaker cloth, screw it to the 2x2 wall studs then attach your TV mount to it.

Just throwing a few ideas around.
12.4 volts is a nearly dead battery.
Try plugging in to shore power or charging the battery.
You said nothing come on, does that include the 12 volt cabin lights.?
Battery cables correct polarity and tight?
Check the neutral wire to the neutral buss.

I don't know what extension you are referring to but you can get a broken toilet flange repair part at Home Depot.
Check there for parts that you need.

Your thermostat may have a fan high/ low speed setting. If it's now set to low that could account for what you described as not blowing like previous units. Change it to high.

I'm pretty sure that 30 Amp is standard and 50 Amp is an option fot that model.
Look at the plug end of the shore power cord. Three prongs = 30 Amp, four prongs = 50 Amp.

A couple things come to mind here.
I don't understand why your TV is GFI protected. But if your refrigerator and TV are in a slide there may be a problem under the slide. Under your slide there is a metal junction box. With your coach disconnected from shore power remove the cover from that...
That red switch is for the electrical side of the water heater. There may also be a small rocker switch on the water heater itself.
Be sure to have water in the water heater before turning the electrical switch on.
Odd that the service guy didn't know that.

Since you installed new valves be sure that all valves are manually closed.
On the ends of each valve there is a means to close the valve using a 3/16" Allen. CC is closed.
If they are open or partially open you will experience what you are describing.

Have you checked the caulking top, bottom, sides? Three sides of the window?
What area of the floor is rotted?

If your switch is under the threshold there should be a small magnet on the bottom of the door near the hinge end.
You can test that switch by using the south end of a magnet. Put it over the area that the door magnet would be. Observe what your light does. You should be able to make it go on...
