I drilled out the pop rivets then attached the replacement with 2 short machine bolts and lock nuts I’ll get you a photo BTW-if you shorten the vinyl stop strip the window will open further

Agree the internal pump check valve may be at fault. Sometimes, with some water in the tank (close the valve & let some water accumulate) cycling the pump might correct the problem. Otherwise an external added check valve is added right at the pump, i have one, so there should be no need to...

I’ve had 3 leaking jacks, 2 externally and 1 internally The internal leaker was the off door side front jack. It extended during travel and also allowed the other front jack to drop. It became so bad I had to strap them up to travel Eventually had all 3 rebuilt locally for +/-$150 each
