Do you have a Lippert Level-Up leveling system installed? It looks like the control panel for that system. Push the small button to turn on, and see what the screen looks like.

The cold-water inlet I referred to, was the inlet on the bottom of the water heater. It is made of plastic, so have it checked to see if the same issue.

Was that 12.9 with shore power hooked in? I would say a battery issue.

Our stairs are on the driver's side. The water heater on the passenger's side. The cold-water inlet had cracked, and the water ran across to settle at the foot of the stairs. This caused an issue and we had to have the floor replaced in that area.

On our 2018 Road Warrior, the freshwater tank vent is between the axles, coming off the top of the tank.

Our bed did this once. On the rear ceiling in the corner is a control box. Check and make sure the connections are in place tight. One of the wires had come out, just a little, but enough to keep it from working. Also, you may want to check the 12VDC fuse. If none of this helps, you will need...
