Jim, The level up and the slide out technical operation is good. Also how to operate in case of a automatic failure is great. The manual operation of the awning is a must. Dexter axle maintenance is always good. Nick Hanck

I have a 2013 early model . The door opens toward the bedroom, there is no pocket door. They chaned the layout during 2013. When the pocket door was added, the walk-in pantry was down sized.

Yes I also learned the hard way. I just don't leave it open, and the wife also checks before bringing the room in.

I have 2 of them fail in the last 3 months The rig that they are on is a 2013 BH 3570. I have watched them close, still failed.

Grampafish, It sounds like your F350 is a late model, I am pulling a BH3570 with a F350, 6,0 diesel. Tows great no problems. I do have a 5" exhaust the rest is stock. Enjoy the new camper ! Hankster
