mine was integrated into the touch screen display. Yeah, I know! Stupid and should have been toggle on the wall.... Maybe by default, it comes on when awning is extended?????
Well, neither dealer, Heartland nor Lippert (sic) ) knew how to slolve my problem over phone. The circuit breaker tripped.
I did, but they seemed ignorant to solve problem.
When I jumped noids, the jumper cabal end almost melted. Besides, inside gauge indicated fully charged. I suspect dead spot on motor is causing circuit breaker to trip. Great Heartland PDF on how these can trip.
We contacted a local dealer who would not perform warrantee work ( on trailers not sold at his location) for another 3 months. I suspect the same all over..... Thus, we have to transport ours back to original dealer.
My wife had to have it. Pretty always sells!!!!! At 72 at the time, I didn't need another headache or expense. I have owned and own several saltwater boats that always needed maintenance, but they were durable and cables, wires, etc were easily accessible. Good luck!
