On our Road Warrior, the main TV in the living room, I had to take the backing board off first. After that I could turn it around to get to the TV mount screws. But the second time I had to remove the TV I knew where the screws were located and could leave the back board on.
On our unit, you need a long #2-bit screwdriver and a mirror. Using the mirror look up from the bottom and you will find the mounting screws.
Once the bottom screws were loose, I could tilt the bottom out and lift the TV up off the mount.
But this will only help if you have the same mounting style bracket.
