We noticed a little water on the floor between the shower and the bedroom slider. Hadn't showered so new it was from the slider. Called Heartland to find if it was OK to take it to Gresham RV. The dealer I purchased from is gone now with the slow economy. Gresham RV handles other Heartland products but not the Cyclone. Gresham RV called me as soon as they found the problem. It was going to take a week to get the parts and two days to do the repair so Gresham RV wanted to make sure that this was OK. Looks like they had to replace the floor of the slider and the rollers and seals. The fix looks like new and finished as promised so we could get it ready for the Memorial weekend. Gresham RV has done a couple of things on the trailer and always great service and communication.None
January is the best service person I've ever met.

Fantastic! Its good to know that we have another dealer in Oregon who can do work if we can't get to ours.
