Frame and rust

I think it is powder coated steel. The powder coating will hold up well until it gets chips. thats usually where powder coated steel starts rusting. If you want to know if its a material that will rust put a magnet to it and see if its sticks. If it sticks its a ferrous metal and will rust.

It is steel and it is powder coated with silver paint, so it kind of looks like aluminum....But it is steel and could rust if not sprayed / cleaned every once in a while.
