Trailer Stabilizer

Here is another possibility for those of us who park for extended periods of time and experience trailer movement when the big dog(s) or people move around. I haven't bought it yet but want to get some more information on it. I use a bipod and it does a pretty good job but it's still not perfect. Does anyone know anything about it?
