First Trip Out

Well we had our 30BHS out for the first time. It also is my first time RV'ing. Very impressed with the trailer, everything worked fine.

It towed very easily with my F250. I have the Reese Strait Line bar/cam set up for stabilzation.

I noticed my side panels on my slide out did not seem to be so tight & flat as some other models I saw, any body else notice this on their rig?

I thought the same until I was told that as long as the rubber seals make contact it good. The sides of the contact don't go flush with the walls as that would crush the seals.

That's exactly what the Lippert Tech told when we were out at The Rally. Bedroom slide is nice and flush while Living Room slide sticks out maybe an inch. I was just wondering about towing in the rain if water would be able to enter the leading edge. Double seal is supposed to take care of that. I stand by what I was told until it shows signs of leakage.
