Scot, you and Heartland where a great host this past weekend, and the factory tours where great I succeded in getting the reaction I wanted from you, I am only trying to make constructive commits to improve your product and to stop the Heartache Pat & I have had for the past 8 months, and manybe save other owners from Heartache owning Hearland product!
Scot, I know that you would have fixed my unit. Obisously, you did not read my post all the way, because as I said above, "I layed under my trailer for 5 hours,." reworking the vents, it was because of the reseponses from Randy, and Joe of LSI, and I know that when I talked to you about this on the tour, you said that you would take care of this. Scott, you are the only one that seems to care. I worked for Inland Scholz Housing Systems in the 1970's and after 4 years they went bankrupt because of this attitude and QC problems, where you even born then? I was their trainer/general forman, and hired 2,000 people to get 600 workers also! We love our #3055 Bighorn, but are fed up with all of the problems. Scott, how much has Heartland spent on my trailer at LSI so far fix all of our problems? How much will you spend in the next two weeks fixing the rest of the problems? lSR was suppose to fix our TV cables during the last month, and said that they did, all weekend our TV did not work!! ISR sent two younger people over on Saturday to try to fix the cables, but they did not know what they were doing, and I told them to leave. After the major, major repair in our bedroom for the past month, now our toilet door will not stay latched !! Won't worry about it I will fix it my self!
Scott it has been 8 months since my trailer was built with the elbows pointing down (in 6th grade elementry school I learned about siponing and siponing gasline), why is Heartland still sitting the same tank in those frames, why were the elbows still pointing down, why does Heartland waste so many feet of hose, when they could lope straight uo and straight down and out of the bottom through a neat round little hole? I have also spent hours rerouting wires and hoses to make things look neat, and easy to work on!
The right 2 pictures on my post is my simple fix, the left 4 pictures is the Heartland's mess of wires and hoses. Good Plumbers, Elecricians, HVA techs, take pride in runing lines stright and neat. This an Elkart metallity.
I did not like the quick response and attitude of your Foreman in front of the group, which everyone witnessed. I felt, a cover-up was in progress, therefore, I did take off from the group and found that elblows and lines were not changed up to the final placement of floor deck!!.
Scott, I do not like temperly fixes, our new toilet has worked great for the last 4 days, even without vasline, and our black water tank seems to drain well now. PS. Our shower door still leaks!
Scott, you should walk around some of the finished units, cut the bottoms open and check the venting of the water tanks.
Scott thanks for listening and responing, no one does that better then Heartland on the forum!
