Flair Furniture - Junk

The Flair sofa that is in my Landmark really stinks and I'm not talking about smell. I have already had to rebuild it and Flair reluctantly sent out the parts or at least some of them. I was told by Flair that the factory screwed up the sofa so they should have to repair it. I sincerely hope Heartland reads this post and drops their association with Flair. Flex Steel is so much better furniture.
