2010 3850 Kitchen Counter

My wife and i just took delivery of our 2010 3850 and love it,
when we did the walk through, we noticed a gouge on the counter top and let the dealer know so we could have it replaced, my question; is there a way to have the new counter top shortened at the bull nose towards the front of the coach to allow the fridge to open up when the slide is closed, right now it is just about an inch too long to allow for this and opening the fridge without the slide would be great.

also did the post asking for the wiring and plumbing ever get answered? i also would like a diagram, i have 4 knife valves without markings for black / grey and am not sure how it all works and i want to drain my tanks properly

I know what you mean about the fridge door. So close, but won't clear the counter.
The answer to the schematic question is, no, none available.
