Electric Heater

Since our 2900MK doesn't have a fireplace (who would have thunk they are so loved) we went to Wally-World and popped the big bucks for the LASKO ceramic tower heater (with remote?). $45. It sits at the end of the island?, I installed a plug there for the counter extension. It sure is quieter than the furnace.

We have a similiar electric heater and it works great. However, it is a little noisy at night. Friends recommended a base board (or a name like that) heater for nights in the bedroom. It simply radiates heat with no fan so there is no noise. We really like that no noise part because my wife has difficulty sleeping. We checked Home Depot, Lowe's, OSH, and ended up buying the one from Target.
