M21 total length?

I'm interested in the M21 but I'm concerned about the total length (From bumper to tongue). Can you provide me with this info?

What is the cubic feet of the refrigerator?

Heartland web site says it is 21' 9"

Even though the website and the brochure lists the length of the trailer this doesn't necessarily mean that it's the total length. (from tongue to bumper) I was able to get a hold of a dealer that has a M21, they measured the trailer and it's total length is 23' 7"

Can someone explain that to me as we are also looking at the M21 and that's 2 1/2 feet longer

23.6 is the total length of the M21........We try to make sure everything is accurate but mistakes do happen...
