The tailpiece going out of the lavatory sink plastic around the drain plug cracked and started leaking Saturday (the day the unit went out of warranty). I called the dealer Monday and they were sorry, but the unit was out of warranty by two days! I contacted Heartland and was referred to Terry Hayes in parts and when I explained what happened to him, he contacted customer service and Heartland is shipping me the part free. Heartland comes through again. Thanks!
