Thanks Flair

We had an air mattress tear when opening the Flair sofa in our Eagle Ridge. After contacting Tim Meade along with the warranty staff at Flair, we had a prompt and fair resolution to the "problem". Communication from Flair was excellent and customer service is evidently a high priority. I simply can't say thanks enough for their superior efforts. I also thank Heartland for this forum where these issues can be shared addressed. :)
