M13

Does anyone out there have the M13 or know of anyone who has purchased it? I own a '08 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 I4. It has a towing capacity of 3500#'s. I think it would be boarderline for towing, but I was wondering if anyone else towed with a similar TV.
