Recliner Chair Sliders

We met a couple who were using some furniture sliders to move the recliners in their Bighorn. The chairs are pretty heavy. We can't figure out how to attach them to the chairs. Anyone know how to do it? They said they bought them at Wal-Mart.

We just bought the self stick ones and so far, they seem to be sticking. I think WDK posted a detailed install for his..
They will make the chairs easier to slide, but are still pretty heavy. I've found I can move them easier by pushing with my legs than trying to grab and scoot them. They have a low center of gravity. (just like me.. )
