moisture / mildew

We will be spending three months January - March in Florida. I would like to know if anyone that has stayed in Florida for an extended period of time ever had issues with mildew. We will be near Gainesville & Ocala and not right at the beach. Please let me know what you have experienced.

Not that I have stayed in FLorida for an extended period of time but I do live in humid Atlanta and my 31qbs is stored for long periods of time in the humidity. The reason I am saying about this is that I have never had a problem with mold/mildew/dampness and I have always used Damprid. Regardless of how or if you'll be using the heating/ac the damprid can always be used in addition and as a back up.

We used damp-rid in our SOB all the time. It works great. We will be using it in our new Cyclone also
