Sundance Roof

How does one tell what type of material the roof a camper is made of, I have a 2009 Sundance 3300SK. Do I have to seal my roof annually? I clean it annually with a roof and preservative type cleaner, is this enough to provide protection and give me a troble free (if possible) roof? Thanks for any information.

Be sure to check the caulking around the edges and around any openings in the roof. Dicor makes a caulk for this that is self leveling and one that can be used vertically. Be sure to check above the windows, doors, and trim. JON

We check ours every six months. Usually in the late summer/fall and again in the Spring. I've had to touch up a few places so far, but nothing big. More to catch anything before we have a problem, rather than trying to repair one.
