Possible Extended Warranty Problems

My wife and I are new North Country owners and recently began that sometimes hard journey to try to find a reliable extended RV Warranty policy. We followed a friend's advise and tried to purchase a 7 year policy from GO RV Warranty.com, but were unable to contact any sales people for weeks. After pressing our friend for more information, it came to light that there might be problems with this company/website. Our friend then contacted the parent company of this brokerage website about his $1400.00 RV/Tire guarantee, only to find out that the brokerage firm never sent in his premium payment about a year ago. Fortunately, the parent company honored his policy when he was able to forward the paperwork to them.

So a warning, if you purchased a policy from GO RV Warranty, please check with the plan administrator to make sure you are in fact covered, you may not be.
