Welborn Tire and Trailer South Carolina GREAT!!!

WE had a bearing failure on I-85 Southbound just ouside of Anderson SC on Christmas Eve. The folks at Welborn Tire stayed open and waited on us to limp over to their repair facility. They took us in, offered us food and went right to work assessing the damage and repair options. They were not able to get a part until afeter the holiday but got us to a nearby KOA and as soon as the part came in, came to our campsite and put on the new bearing, brakes and replaced our tire (which we had retrieved from the woods when it flew off). They were a spot of kindness and efficiency. They are located off Exit 27 on I-85 in South Carolina.

We should place them in our address book for sure. You could send a letter to the editor of the local paper. I did this for a service centre in Maine once, they installed a starter on my truck first thing in the morning for me and I lost one hour of travel time.
