Heartland backs warranty!

We went on a trip during the holidays and had our 12 volt converter go out on us. You know the routine: contact Heartland, then local authorized dealer, then the closes RV repair/suppliers, then on-line suppliers. Thus mentioned you know the stress. It was Christmas time and most facilities were closed for the holidays or limited hours. As stated we had family to see, and no time to just leave our rig at a dealership. We kept our cool and with our mechanical abilities decided to handle things our way and in the end, Heartland came through, backed us and ended up paying for the converter. Heartland acted very professional and resolved our problem in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you Heartland RV!

We just celebrated one year in our HL BH 3580RL. We have had numerous problems, nothing major as I have read here on the forum, just nit-picky problems. Every problem we have had has been handled courteously and professionally. I send a HUGE Thank you to Hayes RV ( our selling dealer ) in Longview , Texas, and also a HUGE heartfelt thanks to HL service and warranty personnel. Ya both did a great job.
