Where do you store your roof access ladder?

Would like some opinions about where to store the roof top ladder from other Cyclone owners, it takes up allot of space in the garage. Mounted it only adds 6" to the width anyone leave it mounted?

We haven't had much opportunity to pull ours much yet. I do see plenty of pictures around with the ladder in place, so it would appear that most travel with it on.

I took it off and left it at home.

I drove thru a downtown KC construction site once last year and guarantee that ladder would of got bent up if it would of been on.
