Just want to thank Jim, Matt and Becky for their hard work! We had several issues with our rig and posted about our frustration in getting resolution. These people stepped up, took over and kept us updated. With Ralph's health issues to deal with daily, their actions helped us more than even they may realize! It didn't all work perfectly at the repair facility, but they are working hard again to get it right!!! It is so nice to deal with such good people and we thank you so very much!!
