Outside Stair Problem

The first three steps of our outside stairs tilt away from the fifth wheel and are loose. When you go to step from the third step to the last top step, the third step rotates and tries to throw you off. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

If you are in warranty contact a dealer. IMHO

Look at the mounting points under the door. The last one I looked at had 4 mounting bolts that hold the step assembly to the trailer. Maybe the front nuts have loosened.
