Just finished installing a Samsung 40" LED tv. It is on a dual arm mount that is reinforced with 1"x8"s
Since the tv is only 1.2" thick, there isn't much sticking out from the cabinet. The 32" went in the basement (for the Wii of course) and we will be mounting a 26" in place of the 19" in the bedroom. I will post those pics as well.
We got the idea to do it ourselves from a factory rep at the Tampa show and it wasn't very difficult at all. The most painful part was buying the tv
