I saw this ad on the local Craig's List today. I had no idea that rubber roof replacement cost so much!

26' - 30' Travel Trailers, 5th Wheel, Motor Home: $3200.00

32' - 36' Motor Homes, Trailers, 5th Wheels: $3500.00

37' - 40' on Motor homes, 5th Wheels and Trailers: $4900.00

Parts Include: Rubber Roof Membrane, rubber roof Adhesive, A/C Seal.

Sounds like a lot, but considering it's got to be a custom job based on the rig, it's probably not so far out of line. Good excuse for doing our annual maintenance, inspection and cleaning. And not driving under low hanging objects.

Very true JohnDar, clean and inspect carefully. I try and clean my roof at least twice a season with a Thetford, or equivalent, rubber roof cleaner and conditioner.
