Kitchen Slide Winterize

Freckles

We have covered our 5er for 2 winters. After a roof inspection I will never cover again !! We live in a spot where we get way too much wind . I found the rubber roof edge very thin in a couple spots where it rubbed though from the cover shucking back and forth . The kitchen slide is on the windy side where blowing snow could fill up in back of refrigerator vent area. I bought 3/4 inch pipe insulator and cut to size and pushed into place .

Neat idea with the pipe insulation. Help keep flying nasties from making nests in there before you take it out on the road again.
