A plea to HeartLand

If you are not going to check behind Lipppert on their axle u bolt issue then tell the dealer to do it as a part of their pdi. I bought a 2010 BH 3410re new and if it had not been for this forum I would not have known to check the torque which ranged between 40 ft lb to 50 ft lb. torque on 6 sets and 65 ft. lb. on the other two which is what all are suppose to be. Thanks to those who took the time to point this out and I would encourage everybody to have them CHECKED. Have not check wheel lug nuts yet but it will be done before it moves again. I am very pleased the way Heartland has taken care of the very few and minor problems I have had and I don't want to see them get caught up in a law suit that was really not their doing and put a bad name on their product through no fault of their own.
