bedroom slide underbelly

Has anyone had there black coating under there bedroom slide peel off ? mine is peeling where both the nylon roolers run, this black material is very britle and flakes off easily. I tried duct tape but it caught on the nylon roolers and peels off.Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks Jim Thomas

They make a kit to fix this. Involves putting on a strip of more flexible black stuff where the rollers are. Someone will be along that will have more info than I. We had ours fixed under warranty, but several have done the job themselves. It seems pretty straightforward.

I haven't checked this yet.But the fiberglass skin,on my 5th.wheel overhang.is bubbling up,and pulling away at the seams. I e-mailed my dealer yesterday and am waiting for a reply.We have a 2009 Bighorn
