Okay, so yesterday, my day starts out like this. I'm getting ready to hitch up and my landing gear goes CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. Not the usual ZZZZZZZ that I am used to hearing. Okay, get the hydraulic jacks out and raise the trailer. Hitch up and we are on our way north to Tunica MS and casinos. Yea! That was easy. Half way into the trip on MS state hyw. 65 north, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP. Uh oh, my Pressure Pro TPMS is telling me that the right rear tire on the Bighorn is low on air. So I pull into an abandoned gas station and I hear, SSSSS. Great, call Good Sam. Got the tire changed and stopped to have it repaired. Life is good.
Well it would have been better, if the casino would have had showed some sympathy. They had no mercy.
So those of you that are thinking about a TPMS, get it. Those of you that don't have one, think about it.
This was the second time mine has saved me. I'm glad I got it.

Peace
Dave

Dave sorry to hear of your troubles but glad all seemed to work out . How much do the tire monitors cost that you have ?
Looking forward to meeting you in Nashville

It must be those roads in Mississippi. Last time I was at Sam's Town I had a blowout after leaving. Not only do the slots take your money the roads do too.

We totally agree about Pressure Pro saving the day. We are heading to Benton, AR from Kerrville, TX. This morning we traveled from Waco to Texarkana. As we approaced Greenville on I-30 near intersection of Business US69, Pressure Pro starts beeping. There just happened to be an exit right there, jumped off and right into an Exxon station. Front RV tire on door side had blown a valve stem. Called Good Sam Emergency Service and they had a guy from Wyatt's Towing (out of Sulphur Springs) there within 30 minutes and we were on our way in another 25 minutes. He swapped the spare out since he couldn't fix the valve stem.

We are spending the night at Shady Pines RV Park on 7th St. in Texarkana. Excellent new park next to Shady Acres RV Sales. They told us about Daniels Tire Shop on 7th St. and we have an appointment to stop by there in the morning and get metal valve stems installed on all five RV tires. We love it when things work out so well.

We encourage everyone who doesn't have Pressure Pro to make the investment. You will be glad you did. Traveling from CA to TX last November, saved us twice as the dually's rear tire extension valves blew out. Lost two pressure pro buttons but just happened to have two spares so all is well. Now we have to get more spares.

You need to get J.D. to have metal valve stems on the trailer tires. The Sensors cause the stem to wobble. Infact I found that the Sensors would actually hit the wheel. If you don't change out the rubber valve stems they will break again.
