I would like to be at the seminar, but there is no way we can make it to the CG and setup before 1:00pm, we will probably be rushing to get there by 2:30.

Can't wait to finally meet more people from the forum.

That's OK Alan. They will be around for awhile after the seminar so you may get to talk to them and ask questions when you get there.

PJ and Karol,
I'll put you down for the shuttle. If we get enough people, I'll call the casino and set up the shuttle.

As posted in the original rally info thread, yondering had to cancel from the rally. Hopefully things turn out OK and we'll meet them some other time.

The rally schedule thread will include sign-ups for for types of dishes for the appetizer and pot luck nights.

GOOD NEWS! boatdoc and DEBJER have agreed to BBQ oysters for those who want them during the appetizer night. We need to know how many for them to bring, so let me know if you plan to eat them or even just try them. I'll try to contact cliffbuilt who brought them last year and see how many they brought, since that will give us an idea of how many we need too.

HI,
I corrected the dates in the list above for you guys.

Hey Everyone!
Site 58, which is ocean front, has opened up because yondering has had to cancel. If you have been on the fence about coming to the rally, now would be the time to commit and get an ocean front site. Send me a message and we work with the park to transfer the site to you.

Its getting closer, but not too late to decide to come out and play!

Hi all! A quick update regarding Site 58 - it has been taken. I just made reservations and was given Site 78. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Welcome! and thanks for the update.

Now I have to find out what happened to jdawson that he isn't in site 78 anymore. What happened John?

Its only 5 weeks away!

Well, I guess there has been some site shuffling! Not a problem, but please let me know if you do decide to change sites. I'm putting together a map of who is in which sites and I would like it to be accurate. Otherwise, you might think you are going to visit the Mitchells and end up with the Dawsons... Not bad, but confusing. Anyway, I've updated the list above with the new site numbers and added our new couple Steve and Susie to the list.

We're back to 27 rigs!

While I'm typing.....

Please let me know if you plan to or would like to try eating fresh oysters. I arranged for it to happen and boatdoc/DEBJER have volunteered to cook, but we need to know about how many to get. Come on Dale and Jim, its OK to admit that you have been waiting all year for this!

Right now it doesn't look like too many people want to do the casino shuttle. If that isn't true, please let me know. I need to schedule it with the casino. I hope those who want to play golf have contacted dbarnard so he knows how many to set up for. Lots of people have said they just want to rest and sit and talk to each other. That sounds good to me! But, if there is something you would like to do, let me know and I"ll see if I can make it happen.

Thanks Everyone!

You got it!

Jimtoo,
Fresh as in not frozen and sent across the country by covered wagon! They will probably be taken from the bay, where or near, we are camping and cooked right there. Actually, some will be eaten raw others will be BBQ'd in their own little salty juices!

Oysters for me, none for Ray. Golf for Ray, casino for me, although I don't positively HAVE to go to the casino. Trying to talk Brenda into driving up with us. I'll let you know.

I am not into oysters but Karol will eat some. BYW beautiful weather here @ 7 feathers this weekend. Saw Matthew and Gunner Nelsons tribute to their father Ricky Nelson last night. They put on a really good show. Try to catch it if it comes to a venue near you.

I have forwarded the oyster info to boatdoc and DEBJER so they can plan out how many to buy. I'm sure they will pick up a few extra though in case you change you mind between now and then.

We are a month away!
