Furnace Making Noise When First Turn On

When I first turn on my furnace (on cold nights) the fan comes on and makes a real loud noise. After it runs for awhile it seems to be less noisy. It's almost like a loud fibration or maybe the fan itself needs replacing. I assume there are 2 fans in the furnace. One for safety to blow all gases out like I have on my boat and one for circulating through the camper, right? I've seen where the ball bearings on these fans when cold and worn out will produce this noise.

I had problem very much like what you have . Loud noise sounded like fan was running rough. I took the vent cover off. The fan was not turning easily. Kept turning it and dirt started falling out. Mud dabbers. Cleaned it out and all is fine.

clay1969, I wish I could help but you may have to pull the furnace and check for maybe a bad fan motor. If you're not comfortable doing this on your own or your rig is still under waranty, it may be time for a trip to the dealer.
