No Hot Water

Cannot get my 2010 Sundance hot water heater to work. Pulled in last night. No hot water on electric. Tried gas and the pilot light lit, but went out after 15 minutes. Lit it again, and it went out after 15 minutes. Did this a third time, and ever since it won't even light.

Electric red switch on (interior control panel)
Heater red switch on (interior control panel)
Black switch is on (exterior at water heater)
Fuses are good
Breaker is not tripped

Any suggestions?

What is going on with the water heaters lately. In the last couple of weeks there has been multiple posts on water heater issues. Spring shakedown, I guess. I posted a similar one but my WH works on electric only right now because DSI will not attempt to light.

stupid question, but is the water heater still bypassed? Might be a control board issue.

Be sure the electric on/off switch (on the outside access door) is in the on position.
