We want to give a big "5" to Genuine RV in Nacogdoches, TX for their response to our water leak problem. Our Big Country was purchased in Indiana, but we were in Louisiana when our basement became extremely wet. We called Heartland to determine where we could get it repaired under warranty. The gentleman in service there was very helpful, and named different servicers, trying to find the one closest to us. This was on Wednesday, and as we were traveling to Texas on Thursday, it turned out Genuine RV was only 30 miles from our planned destination. They scheduled us in on Friday, and had it repaired before noon. It was a leaking plastic fitting on top of the water heater, which they replaced with brass. We would recommend Genuine RV to anyone needing service in that area!
