Can you tell us the usual time it take to have the window treatment shipped to a dealer? We purchase our 2007 bh August 2006. We found a tear in the material. The dealer said they ordered it and we would have to wait til you made a run using the camel suede material. That sound like a lame excuse. I sent have been waiting two weeks for a front door that has to be replaced. Is this a usual time frame? or is this a put off from our dealer? Warranty should be quicker I feel. :confused: Can you let me know. I like the coach but not happy with warranty replacement SERVICE.

I wouldn't be happy either. Sorry about that. Here's what you can do: call Heartland's Customer/Dealer Services phone number at 574.262.8030 and inquire about your parts. They can let you know exactly if and when the dealer ordered the parts - and when you should be seeing them.
