Just a note to let everyone know that the HL customer service has again exceeded my expectations. We have a 2010 BH 3670 and had a crack in the table---the dealer noted this. We went back to the dealer to have it replaced and "they claim' when they opened the package, the new table top was also damaged. We needed to leave the next day, so I called HL and ask once we get settled could they send me the table top--sure not a problem---and that is what happened. When we recieved the box it was packaged extremely well to a point I wonder if my dealer damaged the top when they opened the box?? I took my time opening the box and it was in perfect condition---my wife and I installed it and just want to say THANKS HL for great customer service'
