Dinette Leaf

I have a free standing dinette and the leaf slides out of the end when used. When traveling it vibrates out and hits a cabinet. Is anyone having this problem and if so what was your resolution to secure the leaf during travel???

The leaf on mine has a rather strong spring on it and you have to give it a good pull to get it out. If yours is different, you may be able to buy a spring and screw it into the bottom of the table and connect the other end to the main part of the table. Also, a sliding lock similar to what locks the pantry may work.
