Need something to keep bottom of bed open to access storage space

Do North Trail 28RLS trailers come with anything to keep the bed open when it is lifted at the foot to put things in the storage space or to take things out? We just purchased our new trailer and brought it home to discover that this would be a nice feature. There is nothing in our trailer to take care of this. Theresa

I would have thought they all had gas props but apparently not. You could measure for the length needed and cut a wooden dowel rod as a manually operated prop. You might also put a stick on a hinge that would drop down as you open the bed and put up manually when you close it. Just my thoughts.

none of them come with anything like that.
You have to make something your self. some owners have but lift struts on the side to help hold them.
others just use a broom handle or piece of wood and a closet rod end (to put the handle in) so it holds it in place
