Countertops

have read everything I can find on cleaning the countertops and have done what is printed. However, I do not have a shine and the tops are dull. Not sure if these tops are suppose to shine. If so, can someone give me a tip on what to do? We have a Bighorn 3600RL. Could use some help.

The dealership told me to use a high speed buffer.....do not try the buffer drll attachment has i had no luck.....Used pledge and that brightened them up..Good Luck
