Loft ladder on Cyclone 3812

I love my 3812. But I hate the ladder that you have to climb to get up to the loft. The rungs are too hard on the feet. Flat rungs, as opposed to round, would be a lot better. Is there an alternative ladder available or has anyone done a successful mod? Thanks in advance.

I have saw on the forum where members have replaced the round rungs with stained flat rungs......looked great ......maybe someone could advise where. Finally a fellow 3812 vr...do not see to many out there
