Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information and all willing to help if needed.

First, I moved your post to an area that more people will see it.

Second, we need more information about what your looking for. We are not a parts store and do not know part numbers. We need information on your unit and the item your having a problem with.

Hopefully when you give us more info someone will jump in here and help out. Or you could call Heartland Customer service, 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030, but be prepared and have your VIN, and model of your unit as they will want this info.

Contact the manufacturer, Dimplex: http://www.dimplex.com/index.shtml

We called them in January/February from Texas with a similar problem. They sent us the part to fix it & they made arrangements for a technician to install it. No cost to us.

I still rave about their service.

BTW: our unit was past the 2 year warranty.
