I have a 2010 27BHS and since day1 the floor moves/wiggles when you step on it infront of the stove area. I've just now taken it back to the dealership, and they said that it's perfectly normal due to the ducting work underneath the floor. They said that they tested other North Country's, and it was the same. When I step on the floor, I can see the floor move for at least a foot or two in each direction, and I can feel the floor move under my feet.
My question is, is the floor supposed to give when I step on it, and what amount does Heartland consider "normal" give? I'm under 220lbs, but it even moves when my wife (105lbs) steps on it. It's only that one spot, all other areas are firm.
Thanks,
Mike Carlson
