Well everyone has a tag for us Canadians that head south for winter months.
SNOW birds?

Give me some names for you USA boys that head north for stronger beer and escape from the heat of southern states in the summer

In interior California in the summer it is called "Foggy Coast Birds" and "High Mountain Birds" (I made those up).
