Pre wire for Fantastic Fan?

I just pulled the stock vent for the installation of a Fantastic fan. There is a loop of 2x14ga wire white/purple and an end of 2xbell wire white/red. Am I to cut the loop and wire the fan into the loop? Is the bell wire for the thermostat? Any guidance would be helpfull.

Thanks, Bram

That sounds a lot like a pre-wire for a second air conditioner. Look in your breaker box. I think you will find a breaker labeled 2nd air conditioner. Just a guess. I don't have this RV.

I put in a fantastic fan as you are. I only had a wire end about 5 feet long, It was hot all the time, 12V + and -. Might have to call the factory. If it was a/c it would be 120V.

I tried to respond to this last week but I couldn't get into the Forum for some reason.

In the kitchen the thermostat wire runs in the wall with the A/C thermostat. If it is the bedroom vent the thermostat wire runs down the bath wall that has the double switch on it.

The Purple/White wire will hook to the Red and Black from the fan.

The thermostat wire Red to Orange and White to Green on the Fan.

Thanks,
