Awning Bows

Thinking about using awning bows with my electric awning and using ropes to tie it in place. Any suggestions or comments

I had the awning bows on our last 5er but had a manual awning. They work fine but did stretch the fabric. Personally, I would not buy them again.

Just curious why would you need these? Any photos? We have the main factory awning and it works great. ( lower one side 6" if rain is in the forecast).

When I got them I was staying at a site for a month in Florida. It rains there everyday and I had my awning (manual one) tied down and didn't want to take it up and down. To be safe for any water pooling on it I bought the umbrella rods. They kind of resemble the skeleton on an umbrella. I bought them at Camping World.
