Anyone ever have the lock come out when you pull out your key??

We had just unlocked the door to the BC and the whole tumbler assembly came out with the key!
Not sure what to do.
It went back it, but we are not sure if anyone can just stick a key in and pull it back out again.
I am not hoping anyone has had this problem, but I am hoping that someone may have an answer or know something about the locks.

Mine came out the first time I try ed to lock it. The dealer that I bought my BH from locked and unlocked his campers every time it was showed. I guess it just wore out. Called Heartland had one on door step in three days. I think you need too spray some silicone in them at least once a year.

Ours comes out sometimes also. Been doing that for over 2 years. I just stick it back in and keep on going.
