Kitchen drawer

We have a very nice big kitchen drawer under the stove. Set on nice sturdy rails that extend so you can get a lot of (heavy) stuff in there. The rails are associated with the outside wall with 4 nice tiny 1/2" by #6 screws. Heavy stuff+little screws = rails tear out of wall and drawer breaks free... :(

Solution - 4 #10 screws and two blocks of wood between the floor and the rails to take the load off the screws.

Yep same here, the bottom of ours came out, I'm sure having it stuffed full of canned goods, jars of beans, and every other possible heavy canned or bottled item didn't help matters any. I took our drawer out, removed the slide rails and cut a strip of wood about 1/4 in thick and 1/2 in wide and put along each under side of the drawer bottom. Reglued everything, clamped it for 24 hrs, shot in some screws, reinstalled their rails and problem solved.

Ours came apart too. They sent a whole new drawer.
